We can refer you to our preferred lenders that will help with the financing of your new home. 

 The buyer has the opportunity to choose the materials and finishes used throughout the home. This includes selecting the type of flooring, countertops, cabinetry, tiles, lighting fixtures, paint colors, and more. They can personalize their home by choosing materials that match their style and reflect their individual taste.
